- GSA seeks to lease the following space: State: North Dakota City: Bismarck Delineated Area: North of E. Bismarck Expy, South of 71st Ave NE, East of Missouri River, West of Centennial Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,113 ABOA General Office Space, 2,825 ABOA Warehouse Space Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,824 ABOA General Office Space, 3,107 ABOA Warehouse Space Space Type : Office/Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Surface): 9 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: - Sites located near daycare facilities or schools will not be considered. -Site shall not be located near any "hazardous materials transportation or storage facilities" as defined by ISC. -The proposed facility shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable -All space shall be contiguous and located on the first floor. - Offered space shall be located in a professional setting, and shall be located in a modern quality building of sound and substantial construction in good condition and acceptable to the LCO. -Warehouse space must have at least (1) 10'x12' rollup door for vehicle access. -All security standards must meet ISC and Publication 64 standards. -Agency must have roof access. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
