- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR 8.405-6 (b), to Gartner, Inc CAGE:0EFU3 DUNS: 0972220180, 56 TOP GALLANT RD, STAMFORD, CT, 06902-7700 for non-personnel services contract to provide support services to the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Center of Excellence (CoE). The intended start date for this contract will be 18 Jan 2017. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding to this requirement, no later than 3:30 pm EST, 05 Jan 2017. All information submitted should support the contractor's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an contractor's capability to satisfy the requirement in accordance with the drafted Performance Work Statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses shall be submitted via email and the total file size shall not exceed 5MB.
