- This is a SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for the rental of charter vessel(s) for three (3) days, to assist in sea testing of lightweight survivable systems (LSS) component under specific oceanographic condition in Southern California coast at Port Hueneme, CA,. this synopsis/solicitation is being reopened due to a technical requirement not being met (i.e. Overall length, the boat shall be 70 and 90 feet).
