Chief of Naval Operations Instruction 3960.16A, Navy Test, Measurement, and diagnostic Equipment, Automatic Test Systems, and Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) and Naval Aviation Metrology and Calibration Program, requires commercial contractors providing calibration services to NAVAIR activities be certified by an organization recognized by the NAVAIR METCAL Program to the requirements of NA 17-35QAC-01B, Joint Navy and Marine Corps Audit/ Certification (JNAC) Program. All certification must be provided prior to award. Award is anticipated to be made to œMatheson tri-Gas, Inc, 150 Allen Rd Ste 302, Basking Ridge, NJ, 07920-2977, Cage Code 0B434 . The Government anticipates a single award, firm fixed price purchase order to be awarded. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by the Government at Destination. The delivery location will be Fleet Readiness Center Southwest, San Diego, CA 92136. This procurement is issued as unrestricted.
