- Solicitation - Baked Goods - FCC Florence, CO The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of baked goods for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Complex located in Florence, Colorado. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from effective Date of Award through 12 months from effective Date of Award. The estimated 12 month contract requirement is (120,000 loaves Whole Wheat Bread) (13,750 Packages Wheat Hot Dog Buns) (41,667 Packages Wheat Hamburger Buns) (5,600 Packages Hoagie Rolls) (1,500 Packages Dinner Rolls) (3,000 Loaves Texas Toast). The solicitation will be available on or about January 5, 2017 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about January 20, 2017. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be unrestricted.
