Page 1 of 1 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of providing document shredding services for the Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) and other VA locations in the state of Colorado. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, secured vehicles, materials, supervision and other related services necessary to provide onsite paper document final destruction services of 1X5 mm, if shredded, pulverized, macerated, wet pulped or chopped to a dimension that that leaves the paper unreadable or unable to be reconstructed. The pickup and delivery locations for these services are as follows: the ECHCS and the Community Living Center (CLC), 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80220, ECHCS Human Resources Department, 820 Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80220, ECHCS Fitzsimons Campus, 13611 E. Colfax, Aurora, CO 80045, Bioscience Building, 1999 N. Fitzsimons Parkway, Aurora, CO 80045. The Aurora Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 13701 East Mississippi Avenue, Suite 201, Aurora CO 80012, Jewell Clinic, 14400 E. Jewell Ave., CO 80012, Golden CBOC, 1020 Johnson Road, Golden, CO 80401, PFC Floyd K. Lindstrom Clinic, 3141 Centennial Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, Pueblo CBOC, 4776 Eagleridge Circle, Pueblo CO 80018, Pueblo CLC, 2600 Oakshire Lane, Pueblo CO 80018, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19, 4100 E. Mississippi Ave., Suite 1100, Glendale CO 80246, Valor Point Domiciliary, 7350 W. The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice.
