- NSN: 1660-01-592-4858, Solicitation SPE4A7-17-Q-0567, PR 0066326385. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for Parts Kit, Oxygen Mask. Requested quantity is 3092 EA. The procurement item description cites: PARTS KIT,OXYGEN MASK, AVOX SYSTEMS INC. DBA 53655 P/N 358-1552-1. AVOX Systems CAGE 53655 is the only approved source for this item. This requirement will be Unrestricted using Other Than Full and Open Competition. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 480 days ARO. Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted. Sub-contracting plan will be required per FAR 52.219-9, certified cost data (TINA) will be not be required as this item has been identified as a Commercial of a Type item per FAR Part 13.5 and FAR Part 12 and FAR 15.403-1(b). Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue cited in the RFP.
