Source Sought This is not an RFQ please do not sent pricing Annual lease agreement for HOMECHOICE Automated Peritoneal Dialysis Cycler System Please send a one page capability statement to andrew.taylor3@va.gov to include website url, small business status and duns number and a statement related to the lease of the HomeChoice Automated PD System. This is not and RFQ so please do not provide pricing at this time. The Homechoice automated system is used in Veterans homes, the leased systems will be used by VA staff to train the Veteran to use the system at home so it must be a HomeChoice automated system.
