- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to solicit under the statutory authority Title III of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41U.S.C. 251, et. Seq) and Title 40 U.S.C 501, Services for Executive Agencies, as implemented by FAR 8.405-6. to Gartner, Inc CAGE:0EFU3 DUNS: 0972220180, 56 TOP GALLANT RD, STAMFORD, CT,06902-7700 for non-personnel services to provide continuous support services to the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Center of Excellence (CoE). The current contract ends on 18 Jan 2017. In order to have no break in service the intent is to place an order on an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding to this requirement, no later than 3:30 pm EST, 13 Jan 2017. All information submitted should support the contractor's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating the contractor's capability to satisfy the requirement in accordance with the drafted Performance Work Statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses shall be submitted via email and the total file size shall not exceed 5MB.
