- Please note this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The Government is seeking information strictly for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation document. The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLR VAMC) in Indianapolis, Indiana is conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing off-site dosimetry services. Applicable NAICS Code 621512 applies with a business size standard of $15.0 million and prospective quoters must be registered in the Systems for Award Management System (SAM). Responses to this sources sought notice must be submitted in writing and received no later than 2pm EST, Tuesday, January 17, 2017. No telephone inquiries will be accepted or returned. A brief description of work to be performed includes providing off-site (remote) radiation treatment planning services for the following modalities: 3D Conformal Radiation; Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy; Image-Guided Radiation Therapy; Stereotactic Radiosurgery; Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy; and Rapid Arc. Contractor Dosimetrists will provide a turnaround time of no more than 48 hours per treatment plan for curative patients and no more 24 hours per treatment plan for palliative patients (excludes time to shit patient information and completed plans between the contractor and the VAMC). Contractor Dosimetrists must be available by phone during normal business hours (7am to 4pm EST) to review treatment plans, as needed. Body locations include: prostate; head/neck; pelvis; lung; brain; liver; GI/abdominal; and others. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS Code 621512 (business size of $15.0 million per annum). Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses shall include: company name; service capability statement; examples of similar facilities to which same or similar services were provided; DUNS Number, including address, a point of contact, and the size of the business. A solicitation is NOT currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the FBO website at http://www.fbo.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
