THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS Batteries The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, Coatesville VA Medical Center, intends to release Solicitation VA244-17-Q-0304 for contractors to provide replacement batteries for Physio Control Defibrillators, Models Lifepak 15 and Lifepak 20e, to the Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System located at 1 University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. The full solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at www.fbo.gov on or about January 10, 2017. The full solicitation will be brand name only and a total 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Vendors must be verified in VetBiz at time of quote submission and at time of award. Vendors who are not verified will be deemed Non-Responsive and not considered for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing; the size standard is 1250 employees. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with delivery of items to be within 30 days after receipt of an order.
