Description

The Army Contracting Command- Warren, intends to award a sole source contract to The Mathworks, Inc. for the addition of annual software maintenance with (2) option periods for the purchased license under master license 30575488 for the Center for Army Analysis, Fort Belvoir, VA. Quantity is 11 jobs. An award will be issued for the quantities and part numbers, as follows: (2) MATLAB (MLSMS), POP 01 Feb 2017 - 31 Jan 2018; (2) Curve Fitting Toolbox (CFSMS), POP 01 Feb 2017 - 31 Jan 2018; (1) Global Optimization Toolbox (GDSMS) POP 01 Aug 2017 - 31 Jan 2018; (1) Mapping Toolbox (MGSMS) POP 01 Aug 2017 - 31 Jan 2018; (1) Neural Network Toolbox (NNSMS) POP 01 Aug 2017 - 31 Jan 2018; (1) Optimization Toolbox (OPSMS) POP 01 Aug 2017 - 31 Jan 2018; (1) Parallel Computing Toolbox (DMSMS) POP 01 Aug 2017 - 31 Jan 2018; (2) Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox (STSMS) POP 01 Aug 2017 - 31 Jan 2018. The Mathworks, Inc. is uniquely qualified to fulfill the contract requirements because it is the original manufacturer of the software.
