Description

Spider Limb Positioner for the Department of Veteran Affairs The Department of Veteran Affairs has an acquisition for Spider Limb Positioner and accessories. The Contractor shall provide the requested Brand Name equipment to the Department of Veteran Affairs Charlie Norwood VAMC location as noted within the solicitation delivery schedule. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code is 339113 with a Size Standard of 750 employees; the PSC is 6515. This requirement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced acquisition, All interested SDVOSB sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Offered equipment must be Brand Name as established within the delivery schedule of the solicitation, substitutions will not be considered. Offered Equipment must be Brand New. Prospective bidders must maintain an active registration in sam.gov to be considered for government contracts. This is a Firm Fixed Price acquisition that is a 100% Small business set aside. The solicitation will also be posted to fbo.gov with an anticipated posting date on or before 01/09/2017 and a proposal close date of 01/13/2017 4:00 PM EST.
