Description

FBI Security Clearance Form MPD Criminal History Request Form CPR Forms and Instructions Solicitation No. DCSC-17-RFQ-0025 This Statement of Work (SOW) is issued by the District of Columbia (D.C.) Courts, Superior Court, Family Court Social Services Division - CSSD. The CSSD has identified a need for four (4) qualified Independent Contractors to provide pre -adjudicated screening services for youth entering the District of Columbia's juvenile justice system through the Juvenile Intake Services I and II Offices. An immediate need has been identified to ensure that all youth entering the District's juvenile justice system are screened and administered a Risk Assessment Instrument utilized by the CSSD to determine the risk of youth not returning for a scheduled Initial Hearing or reoffending in the community prior to the Initial Hearing. The Courts anticipate making multiple contract awards. The contract period shall be for four (4) months with an option to extend the contract for an additional eight (8) months or a fraction or multiple fractions thereof. Selected Contractors will also be required to provide up to forty (40) hours of service delivery per week under this solicitation.
