- This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Laboratory Services, Radio-Carbon Dating, in accordance with the FedConnect posted solicitation. A copy of this combined synopsis/solicitation may be accessed at FedConnect, www.fedconnect.net; using Reference Number G17PS00158 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside (NAICS Code 541380 Testing Laboratories $15.00M. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of proposals contained in the FedConnect solicitation shall be adhered to.
