Description

Expression of Interest Sought: THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for information only and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. The Department of Veterans Affairs Memphis, TN currently occupies parking space at a location under lease in Memphis, TN. The current lease will be expiring. The Government seeks to lease parking space yielding the following: Minimum: 330 spaces Maximum: 550 spaces The lease term requirement is for five (5) years firm, five (5) years non-firm. The space must be available for occupancy by October 1, 2017. Delineated Area: North boundary: Chelsea Ave South boundary: Central Ave/ Lamar Ave/ E.E.H. Crump East boundary: East Parkway/ Springdale St. West boundary: 3rd Street/ BB King Blvd Other applicable requirements include the following features: Paved parking spaces or garage Security Cameras Gated or Fenced Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00 pm Central Time, Tuesday, February 7, 2017 and must include the following information: 1. Building name, address and location of the available space 2. Date of space availability 3. Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property 4.
