PROJECT INCLUDES: Removal and replacement of two existing air cooled reciprocating chillers and all piping, valves, supports, anchors, electrical and concrete work as shown on bid documents that will be provided with solicitation. IAW VAAR 836.204: The disclosure of the magnitude of construction for this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation. This project is being solicited as a Total 100% SDVOSB set-aside. Bids will only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders.
