- Revised PWS Answers to questions SF 30 - Amendment to solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JB17T2006 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27 is in effect for this solicitation, provisions and clauses. This is a Woman Owned Small Business set aside. The NAICS is 541990 and the small business size standard is $15,000,000. CLIN Description Quantity U/M 0001 CPX Exercise Planning 1 Job 0002 CPX Exercise Travel 1 Job The Michigan Army National Guard has a requirement for Subject Matter Experts in support of a CBRN Response Enterprise Exercise. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for specifications. The period of performance will be date of award through 26 Apr 2017. Place of performance will be at the Contractor's site and travel to JFHQ, Lansing, Michigan. Offers are due at 4:30 pm, ET on 24 Jan 17. Email quotes to amanda.e.geissler.civ@mail.mil.
