- MSBA Agenda On Thursday, February 23, 2017, the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) will host the 23rd Marshall Small Business Alliance Meeting at the Davidson Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Event will begin with registration at 7:00 a.m., and adjourn at 12:30 p.m. (agenda enclosed). At this exciting event, those in attendance will be afforded an opportunity to network with MSFC senior managers, NASA & MSFC Small Business Office staff, MSFC Small Business Technical Coordinators, representatives from the Missile Defense Agency, Tennessee Valley Authority, Small Business Administration, and General Services Administration, and NASA Large Business Prime Contractors. Summary of agenda topics as follows: •MSFC acquisition forecast. •NASA Office of Small Business Programs update. •Science & Technology Office organizational overview. •Human Explorations Development and Operations Office organizational overview.
