Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses to this solicitation are due by 24 January 2017, @ 1500 p.m. PST. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) under solicitation number VA261-17-Q-0239. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 2005-95, January 19, 2017. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 314120 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. All responses must include product information that demonstrates equivalency to the salient characteristics.
