Operation shall be conducted in Southern California (SOCAL), Silver Stand Training Center North Kilo range and/or within fifteen (15) NM of Imperial Beach, CA. Training shapes and EOD personnel will be loaded either at Naval Station 32nd St. or at NAS North Island depending on pier availability. There will be three 5 day periods for the exercises as follows: •6 March 2017 to 10 March 2017 (5 days) - MCM •13 March 2017 to 17 March 2017 (5 days) - MLS •3 April 2017 to 7 April 2017 (5 days) - MCM a.Unit of issue: n/a b.Destination information: Naval Base, Point Loma CA c.Delivery schedule: n/a d.Procedures: n/a e.Anticipated Award Date: 17 February 2017 f.The solicitation will be made available on www.fbo.gov on or about 23 January 2017 g.Set-aside Status: 100% small business set-aside 17.The decision to set aside this procurement as 100% small business set-aside was made resulting from Market Research.
