Description

Solicitation SPE8E6-17-R-0001 has now been posted. The RFP can be found on DIBBS using this link: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Rfp/RfpRec.aspx?sn=SPE8E617R0001 This solicitation closes February 21, 2017. All proposals are due into the bid office by 3:00 pm EDT that day. DLA Troop Support has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) f or a firm fixed price, one-time procurement for the acquisition of Fibrous Glass Reinforcing Mat, National Stock Number ( NSN) 9340-01-449-7746. This item is currently manufactured by Hexcel Corporation (Cage 8Y518), Part Number 109866. The RFP is for a single award and i ssu e d a s an unrestricted acquisition. Delivery will be F O B ORIGIN. The Government required delivery schedule is 120 D a y s. FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures will be utilized. Price only will be the source selection approach. Numbered Note 26 applies. This is a non-commercial item. The pertinent technical data and drawings are not in the public domain. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
