Description

Lincoln Waste Disposal Service Lincoln VA Health Care System, Lincoln, NE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number VA263-17-Q-0262 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The VA anticipates one fixed price service contract award for all resources and labor necessary to complete the waste disposal service located at the Lincoln, NE VA Health Care System located at 600 S. 70th St., Lincoln, NE 68510. Additional requirements are listed within the attached solicitation document titled Solicitation VA263-17-Q-0262. This procurement is a 100% total small business set-aside. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award (www.sam.gov). Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 562111 with a size standard of $38.5 million. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by January 13, 2017 at 12:00 PM CDT. Quotes are required to be emailed to scott.morrison2@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in its entirety by the Contracting Officer before the solicitation closing date and time.
