- Performance Work Specification Sources Sought Synopsis and Capability Survey SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the subject technical support services. This is a requirement-specific technical support services effort with primary provisions of Environmental Compliance, Pollution Prevention (P2), Ergonomics, Energy and Corrosion Prevention and Control within Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC), a large DoD Industrial Depot supporting 402 MXSG/MXDEU programs. The proposed acquisition(s) will be competitive, indefinite-delivery, indefinite -quantity contract(s). The type of set-aside decision(s) to be issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis These engineering technical services shall, at a minimum, consist of multidisciplinary professional engineering services in support of depot activities at Robins AFB including the following: •(i) pollution prevention (P2) assessment support; •(ii) evaluation of ergonomic office and shop assessments support; •(iii) environmental compliance support; •(iv) evaluations of ongoing environmental actions; •(v) energy and corrosion prevention and control assessment assistance; •(vi) development and presentation of briefing materials; •(vii) review of technical documents; •(viii) cost and/or cost-avoidance estimation; •(ix) preparation of technical documents; •(x) technical assistance related to P2 hazardous material and hazardous waste minimization or elimination and process optimization; •(xi) technology insertion or implementation; and •(xii) project management. In accordance with provisions in this document and any other documents referenced, included as attachments or otherwise in this package. An 8(a)-Certified Small Business firm is preferred, however both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. Joint ventures or teaming arrangements are encouraged
