- Description
- 1. The project includes the following: The distance heating lines for the supply of building 5988 at Katterbach Heliport is leaking and must be repaired. The heating lines are pre-insulated heating pipes for underground installation. Flow and return lines of the heating pipes shall be replaced at the entrance of building 5988, partly in ground and partly installed in the building connection shaft. In addition civil engineering work is necessary to expose existing and install new pipes to perform the project. 2. The solicitation will result in a firm Fixed Price contract. The magnitude of the project is below $25,000. 3. The performance period is 30 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 5 calendar days is included. 4. The solicitation will be issued on 23 January 2017 with a closing date of 09 February 2017. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updated/amendments. 5. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be consideered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany) 7. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
