Notice Type: Amendment to a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice No. VA701-17-Q-0056 Posted Date: 1/24/17[jetpack-related-posts] Contracting Subject: Analytical Lab-Pharmacy Balance for the new Denver VAMC Contact: Christina Shockey, Contract Specialist, christina.shockey@va.gov; Erica M Skelly, Contract Specialist, erica.skelly@va.gov Place of Performance: VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Research Facility, 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The purpose of this Amendment is to: Clarify a discrepancy regarding the solicitation closing date. The solicitation will close on 26 January 2017 at 1:00pm EST. (see 52.212-1 Addendum, paragraph 1 of attached revised Combined Synopsis / Solicitation) Extend the question submission deadline from 23 January 2017 at 11:00am EST to 25 January 2015 at 9:00am EST. (see 52.212-1 Addendum, paragraph 4 of attached revised Combined Synopsis / Solicitation) Add a requirement that erica.skelly@va.gov be copied all emailed question and proposal submissions (see 52.212-1 Addendum, paragraph 1 of attached revised Combined Synopsis / Solicitation). ***NOTE: All previously submitted questions that have not yet been answered should be resubmitted/forwarded to erica.skelly@va.gov for processing. ***NOTE: The only changes that were made to the revised CSS are as described herein. There were no changes made to the specifications or any other term or condition except for those listed above.
