- PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole-source, fixed price contract with Continuum Analytics, Inc, 221 W. 6th Street, Suite 1550 Austin, TX 78701 for the purpose of procuring 1 year site-wide subscription for Anaconda Workgroup. The FBI Operational Technology Division (OTD) Digital Forensic Analysis Section (DFAS) Forensics Analysis Unit's (FAU) Forensic Networks Program (FNP) is the program responsible for providing the Examiner Network (ExNET) and Operational Wide Area Network (OpWAN) for the analysis and review of digital evidence to the FBI Enterprise wide. The increasing amounts of data being seized and examined by the forensic examiners has led to the requirement for a system capable of processing large volumes of evidentiary "untrusted data." The ExNET allows FBI Special Agents and Intelligence Analysts to review the data from anywhere within the FBI. Technical Requirements: *Anaconda Server Enterprise License, 1Yr Site wide Subscription *Includes Anaconda Repository *16-node Anaconda Scale *30 Accelerate and IO Pro licenses for unlimited users and servers *support that includes 1 hour SLA time Based on market research, and Government end-users, it has been determined that Continuum Analytics, Inc. is the sole provider and manufacturer of the Anaconda Server Enterprise License that meet the FBI specifications. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 511210 Software Publishers. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012 to receive Government contracts. The FBI uses a financial system that has a direct interface with SAM. Please ensure that your company's SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes TIN, EFT, DUNS, addresses and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.
