- THIS NOTICE HEREBY CANCELS AND REPLACES MODIFICATION/AMENDMENT DATED JAN 24, 2017 IN ITS ENTIRETY AS FOLLOWS: Naval Air Systems Command Patuxent River, MD hereby announces its intention to procure services on behalf of the Tactical Airlift, Adversary and Support Aircraft (PMA-207). PMA-207 has a requirement to acquire technical support, financial support, acquisition support, configuration management, data management, production support and administrative management contract support services to assist with the execution of duties for meeting its mission. PMA-207 is organizationally aligned to the Program Executive Office, Air ASW Assault and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)). PMA-207, by direction from PEO(A), is the centralized executive agent for overall management, budget and integration of all program efforts involving existing and emerging Tactical Airlift, Adversary and Support Aircraft. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. It is a notification to industry with the intent of the Government to procure stated services under the SeaPort-e Multiple Award Contract. No questions to this announcement will be entertained at this time. The Government intends to issue a solicitation for this requirement during the 3rd quarter of FY17 and anticipated award is 2nd quarter FY18. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5M. This requirement has been performed by American Electronics Inc., CAGE: 1BMA2, a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) under contract N00178-05-D-4174 Task Order M805. This requirement is to be competed with eligible Zone 2 vendors through SeaPort-e.
