Description

Notice of Intent for Sole Source The U.S. Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell, intends to issue a sole source award to ALCON Laboratories, Inc a large business, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to purchase various ophthalmic implants and supplies for use with the government-owned ALCON Infinity Phaco-Emulifier, surgical instrument located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339115, size standard 1000 employees. This notice is not a request for proposal. Any firm that believes they can provide the stated products can provide supporting documents demonstrating their firm's capability and product specifications within two calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for information provided. Responses received shall be considered for future acquisitions.
