- Performance Work Statement This RFI is for market research purposes only. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents should not submit any proprietary information when responding to this RFI. Respondents should also note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this RFI. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by respondents regarding any responses to this RFI. Respondents must submit capability statements that clearly define the firm's ability to provide the items stated in this RFI. The requirement is for a contractor to provide a non-personal services contract to provide Information, Personnel, and Physical Security Support. The Tasks shall include: a. Information Security and Assurance (Approximately 40% of duties): The Contractor shall support a comprehensive information security program including information assurance for all automated data processing (ADP) systems in Funston and McNair Halls. b. Personnel Security (Approximately 35% of duties): The Contractor shall coordinate, implement, and maintain a personnel security program to ensure that TRAC employees, Contractors, and visitors meet all requirements for access to classified facilities, documents, and information. c. Physical Security (Approximately 25% of duties): The Contractor shall coordinate, implement, and maintain a physical security program to prevent unauthorized access to facilities, offices, equipment, materials, supplies, and documents, safeguarding them against espionage, sabotage, damage, or theft. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to conduct information, personnel, and physical security support services as defined in the performance work statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The work will be performed at the TRADOC Analysis Center (TRAC) at Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027. THIS RFI IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool (FAR Part 10) being used to determine small business firms capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The Government encourages responses from SDVOSB vendors. The NAICS contemplated for this requirement is 561612 with a size standard of $20.5M. The Contract Type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price. This is an ongoing requirement. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: Please provide a capability statement addressing your organizations ability to provide the service required by the PWS.
