This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation VA119A-17-Q-0070 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and -95 effective January 19, 2017. The NAICS Code is 339112 Surgical and Medical Equipment Manufacturing. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees.
