- Amendment 1 is issued to provide responses to questions received from interested offerors: Question 1: What is the power supply required for the vessel while it is out of the water? Answer to question 1: 240 VAC, 110 amps, 1 Phase. Question 2: How heavy are the windows? Answer to question 2: 200-300 pounds per window. Question 3: Where do I find the type of sealant used on the non-skid? Answer to question 3: Attachment 5 - 3M Non-Skid Data Sheet. Question 4: Where do I find the type of sealant used on the windows? Answer to question 4: Please contact Gladding -Hearn for sealant requirements Question 5: Is the Government providing the non-skid kits as GFM for task 4? Answer to question 5: Yes, the Government is providing the non-skid kits, for all 6 vessels, as GFM. Question 6: How will the boats be delivered? If by water will they be delivered by barge? Answer to question 6: The boats will motor, on their own power, to and from the delivery site. No over-land transportation or barge services will be required. Question 7: Where do I find the specifics for the Coast Guard Racing Stripe and Emblem? Answer to question7: Attachment 12 - Consolidated Visual ID for Boats, for specifics. Question 8: Is the Government providing the ballistic windows as GFM for task 5? Answer to question 5: Yes, the Government is providing as the ballistic window shipsets, for all 6 vessels, as GFM. Question 9: Is Fairhaven, WA within the 65 nautical mile limitation? Answer to question 9: Fairhaven, WA is not within the 65 nautical mile limitation
