- PR: 0064528997, SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 16 FEBRUARY 2017; CLOSING DATE: 14 MARCH 2017 This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of 1,386. National Stock Number (NSN) 1615 - 001575729; approved sources: KAMATICS CORPORATION, CAGE: 50632; P/N: KSP9001-5 This item has an AMC/AMSC of 3P. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. Any manufacturer other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sbo/Source%20Approval%20Requests.docx. This procurement is sole-sourced, Unrestricted, contemplating award to Kamatics Corporation (50632), utilizing other than Full and Open Competition. The following terms apply, FOB: Origin, Inspection / Acceptance: Destination. First Destination Transportation applicable. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Production delivery is 213 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR), apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. The solicitation issue date is 16 February 2017 with a closing date of 14 March 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
