Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, This RFQ is being issued as a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran small business. The solicitation number is: VA259-17-Q-0273, and it is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. Contract Line Items: Brand Name or Equal IAW FAR 52.211-6. Brand Name: Tennant ITEM NUMBER DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT 0001 All terrain litter vacuum 2.00 EA 0002 Large industrial rider sweeper 2.00 EA To be considered for award, offeror must provide documentation that the offeror is an authorized distributor for the manufacturer of the items provided. Date and place of delivery (FOB Destination): Delivery, Installation, and Training shall occur within 8 weeks ARO. VA Health Care System 1700 N. Wheeling St. Aurora, CO 80045 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items, does apply to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated LPTA. Offerors must be verified in VIP: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Unverified SDVOSBs will be considered non-responsive and offers will not be evaluated. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with the offer, to include cut sheets. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
