- SOURCES SOUGHT Mobile Stage The 136th Airlift Wing is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement to provide a Mobile/Towable Stage for the 136th Airlift Wing located at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve (NASFWJRB) in Fort Worth, Texas. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336212 - Truck Trailer Manufacturing. Reference the product section for further information regarding the Mobile/Towable Stage. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your company has the potential capacity to provide the product identified above, please provide the following information: 1. Company name, address, email address, web site address, telephone number, and point of contact 2. Company DUNS Number and/or Cage Code 3. Information describing potential products that have the potential of meeting the Government's needs. This information may include, but is not limited to, the following: product brochures, commercial catalogs, and/or information concerning products available through existing Government contracts (i.e. Federal Supply Schedules). The Government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide products consistent, in scope and scale, with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. The results of this market research may contribute to the possible development of the Government's requirement and in determining the method of procurement. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition, and multiple awards may be made. The Government will accept telephone inquiries; however, its preferred method for receiving information is through electronic mail. The Government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the above-listed products are hereby invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice not later than 31 March 2017. Product Description The Government requires a Towable/Mobile Stage with the following physical, functional, and salient characteristics: Approximate Dimensions: 24'W x 16'D Non-slip platform surface Side and rear guard railing Two sets of stairs with guard railing and a non-slip surface Materials and construction capable of withstanding outdoor storage (i.e. anodized aluminum, galvanized steel, etc.) Simple set-up and tear-down with limited personnel Collapsible for towing/moving Towable and street-legal
