- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts Cities: Springfield and the surrounding area Delineated Area: Central Business District Springfield, MA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 891 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 936 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 (must be located on-site) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 1 Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous all on one floor Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered with window line clearly marked 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
