Description: The purpose of this modification is to extend the solicitation to close on March 28, 2017 at 11am CDT and to post questions and answers. No more questions will be answered moving forward. The question and answer period is officially closed. 1. Who is the contractor currently performing the work? Medical Logistics Solutions. 2. What was the cost of the final full option year of the previous contract? - $156,600.00. 3. How many drivers/vehicles are currently used to service the current contract? This is proprietary information. 4. What are the vehicle sizes required? The size you feel will get the job done. 5. Will this contract be SCA enforced? The contract will use SCA Wage Determination and will be incorporated in the award. 6. After reviewing the solicitation on FBO, it contains language and dollar values regarding the Service Contract Act. This solicitation stipulates $17.79 minimum wage for courier drivers, $4.27 minimum H&W, Sick Time/Vacation. Do you verify now that those are the minimum required rates to be performed on this contract upon award? The solicitation states the award will be using SCA Wage Determination and will be incorporated in the award. 7. Amendment VA249-16-Q-0846-016 adds CLIN 11 Pickup and delivery between Annex II... and Knoxville Community Outpatient Clinic, but there are no given time requirements in the amendment nor mention of these locations in the original solicitation. Can you verify that the new CLIN is legitimate, and if so what are the pickup and delivery time requirements? The amendment was posted with the new location, and another amendment was posted yesterday with the times. They are legitimate. 8. The stated CLIN quantities in both the solicitation and amendment are not adequate to service the day requirements in the SOW. For example, Monday-Friday pickup and delivery should have a quantity of 250, and Monday/Wednesday pickup and delivery should have a quantity of 104. The amendment and solicitation give quantities of 189 and 78, respectively. Can you clarify? New schedule below.
