Description

Statement of Work for the National Eye Institute Scientific Floor Space Management 1. Floor Space Management a. The organization needs an outside vendor to fully measure all institute floor plans belonging to the National Eye Institute across the National Institutes of Health main campus and off-campus facilities and provide the finished CAD drawings. This accounts for 436 workstations. b. The National Eye Institute (NEI) wants to have current measurements and floor plans of office, cubicle and lab space. i. Items to be captured: 1. Square Footage (Mandatory) 2. Offices (Mandatory) 3. Cubicles (Mandatory) 4. Common areas such as conference rooms, storage closets, break rooms, halls, etc.(Mandatory) 5. Employee Names (Mandatory) 6. Color Coded by Department/Division/Branch (Mandatory) 7. Furniture (Optional) 8. Electrical and data ports (Optional) c. The National Eye Institute (NEI) is requesting TWO quotes. One quote for the Scientific areas of NEI and one quote for the administrative areas of NEI. The areas are separated below. 2.
