- Attachment P5 - Questions & Answers Attachment P1 - Past Performance Information Form 4.11.3 Ship and Air Integrated Warfare (SAIW) Division Program Management Support Services N00421-16-R-0049 (RFP) Amendment 0002 to 4.11.3 Ship and Air Integrated Warfare (SAIW) Division Program Management Support Services N00421-16-R-0049 (RFP) The purpose of this amendment is to provide Amendment 0002 to N00421-16-R-0049. This amendment provides answers and applicable changes based on questions received from industry in response to the solicitation released on 03 March 2017. An updated list of the questions and their answers can be found via Attachment P5 - Questions and Answers. A description of the changes made can be found in Section A on page 2 of Amendment 0002. The proposal due date has not been extended as a result of this amendment. All Offerors must acknowledge receipt of amendments to this solicitation either by initialing and returning a copy of the SF-30 with their proposal or by acknowledging receipt and consideration of the amendments in the cover letter to their proposal. The latest copy of the full RFP reflecting the changes made in Amendment 0002 is provided.
