- Description
- Contractor/Vendor shall provide a Fuel/Water Separating Fueling System that incorporates the following salient characteristics: Suitable for transferring diesel, Jet A1, gasoline, AVGAS and Jet Fuel. All components will be mounted on a heavy-duty two wheel cart capable of withstanding rough terrain conditions both on hard and soft surfaces. Unit must be able to be transportable/moved by one person and set up by a maximum of two persons. System to include: Minimum of: 4.2 HP diesel driven fuel pump with recoil start (manual start) 100 Gallons Per Minute free flow, approx. 60 gpm after filtration - (1) ground strap - (1) pressure relief valve and loop (25 psi) - Differential Pressure Gauge Assy. - (1) 50 ft, 1.5inch discharge hose complete with manual pistol style nozzle and quick couplers - (1) 10 ft. 2 in. suction hose complete with quick couplers - 5 micron water separator filter - Minimum 12" diam.x 5" W pneumatic tires Cart will accept a numerical counter that will record the amount of each delivery to batch and provide a 5 digit resettable totalizer and an 8 digit non-resettable totalizer. Counter will read in liters. Vendor will provide the items necessary to create a maintenance spare part kit for the above fueling system and replacement filters so that that replacement of fair wear and tear items can be easily replaced with no vendor support. The baseline for repair parts will be based upon the system operating at minimum the following: For (1) Pump operating 8 - 10 hrs./day for (1) year. Vendor will provide custom 55gal steel drum pickup rod and all associated fittings and adaptors to connect the fueling system to fuel storage source.
