Description

Special Notice NOTICE OF INTENT: The 502 Contracting Squadron at JBSA Lackland intends to award a sole source purchase order to Avedro Inc., 230 3rd Ave., Ste 27, Waltham MA 02451 for a Avedro KXL Corneal Crossing-Linking System. The proposed contract action for the commodity which the Government intends to award to one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). No solicitation or request for quote is available for this requirement. This notice is NOT a solicitation or request for quote. Vendors may submit their company's product capability to the email addresses listed below. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for future requirements.
