This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP) for the requirement described below. REQUIREMENT: This solicitation is a Brand Name or Equal for Winslow Ultra-Light Life Raft with ELT Quantity - 5 each -P/N 46FAUL-630-1-100 -4-person rated capacity LifeRaft / 6-person overload rated capacity LifeRaft -Winslow FAUL model TSO C70a approved Type One (dual-tube design) LifeRaft -DME model SRB406 TSO C126 approved Survival ¿S ¿ Type triple frequency (121.5MHz/243MHz/406MHz) ELT -installed -Part 135 compliant Survival Equipment Pack (SEP kit) included -Soft Pack Configuration: -DIMS: 8" x 17" x 26" -Estimated Weight: 43 pounds ( ± 3 pounds) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, dated 1/19/2017. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS Code is 336413 - Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing - Small Business Size is 1,250 employees or less Delivery date required is April 1, 2017. Points of delivery will be provided in the award document. Solicitation and Contract Provisions and Clauses. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform system (IPP). Partial payments are allowed. The successful offeror must have a valid Tax Identification Number and a valid DUNS Number (DUNS may be obtained through the SAM registration process).
