- Solicitation The USFS is seeking proposals for a cloud-based remote sensing image processing platform. The USFS has previously beta-tested a platform for operational requirements and is now interested in seeking a short-term (e.g., one base year plus four one-year options) paid-for agreement to use a platform with these capabilities. The agreement will be viewed as a pilot for which the USFS can better get a clear understanding of its business need and vendor capabilities. For this pilot agreement, the USFS is not looking to pay to have the platform built - all vendors must meet requirements with a system they currently have set up. Interested parties will need to address the following requirements as described in this document.
