- This project is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 237310. The small business size standard is no greater than $36.5 Million in average annual receipts. Only offers from firms that are certified to meet both Small Business status and the size standard will be considered. You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the Small Business program. Your local SBA office's contact information may be found by accessing the SBA website (www.sba.gov). Work project consists of but is not limited to road bed reconditioning, aggregate surfacing, culvert replacement and maintenance, and other road maintenance as specified by the Schedule of Items and Project Work Items list found in plans. The estimated period of performance is 120 days. The Government's estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. LOCATION: The project is located on the Mt. Hough Ranger District of the Plumas National Forest, Plumas County, California. The Plumas Project road reconditioning sites are located on the following roads: 27N07 mile post 0.00 through 1.99 27N09 mile post 0.00 through 8.45 27N09F mile post 0.00 through 0.03 27N10 mile post 0.00 through 2.02 27N45 mile post 0.00 through 4.60 29N43 mile post 0.00 through 0.68 The solicitation package will be uploaded when ready, approximately March 31, 2017. The date of award is expected to be within 60 days after the actual response date, which will be stated in the package and possibly changed in one or more amendments. Please hold any technical questions until after review of the solicitation. The technical contact information will be listed in the solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to meet the FAR 5.201 and 36.213-2 requirements. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for amendments.
