- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-17-T-0025 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 27 Mar 2017. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and DPN 20161222. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. This procurement constitutes Item 0001 through 0006. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN 0001AA --- Stackable Electric Dryer / 232 Each, CLIN 0001AB --- Stackable Electric Washer Front Load/ 232 Each, CLIN 0002 --- Combination Refrigerator and Microwave/ 400 Each, CLIN 0003 --- Residential Refrigerator / 86 Each, CLIN 0004 --- Dryer Vent Duct/ 22 Each, CLIN 0005 --- 4-Prong 30 Amp Dryer Cord / 232 Each, CLIN 0006 --- Installation (MCAS Iwakuni, Iwakuni-City, Yamaguchi-Prefecture, Japan). The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation and instructions to offerors, will be most advantageous to the Government. A best value determination will be made by the contracting officer using the following factors to evaluate quotes: 1) Quality/technical merit, 2) Price, and 3) Past Performance. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004Alt I unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-17-T-0025. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than 08:00AM, Japanese Standard Time on the solicitation closing date.
