Description

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) in Frankfurt intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for: SUPPLY OF HANDHELD X-RAY SCANNER AND ON-SITE DEMONSTRATION OF USE TO CUSTOMS PERSONNEL IN PODGORICA, MONTENEGRO. All interested contractors shall review the attached pages of this solicitation, Section I, Statement of Work and offer goods and services that conform to the specifications. Synopsis: This is a solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, commercial items contract with a travel reimbursement component. The evaluation mechanism will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer which conforms to the solicitation. Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation no later than April 7, 2017, by 15:00 hour local German time, to Mr. Damian Richard email, RichardDC@state.gov. Questions not received within this time period will not be considered. Proposal Due Date: The completed proposal, which shall contain the name of the company, name and contact details of the person authorized to submit the proposal, is to be submitted on or before April 14, 2017 by 15:00 hours local German time either : as a pdf document emailed to RichardDC@state.gov and FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov. The email subject line must read "Quote SGE500-17-Q-0018". DO NOT TELEPHONE.
