- N00164-16-G-JQ10-0006 - SOLE SOURCE - AIRCRAFT MODIFICATION INTEGRATION IN SUPPORT OF THE AC130J/W PRECISION STRIKE PACKAGE INTEGRATION - FSG 58/KO - NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date 10 APR 2017 - Anticipated Closing Date 12 MAY 2017 - 2:00 PM EDT This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division intends to issue a Job Order under a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-16-G-JQ10. The BOA was issued to L-3 Communications Integrated Systems L.P. d/b/a L-3 TCS. Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition was the lack of sufficient technical data and duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and the unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement through any other source. As a result of this JO the overall contract ceiling for BOA N00164-16-G-JQ10 will remain unchanged. This JO is anticipated to procure AC-130J Flight Display System Video Monitor Swing Arm production units and related support. Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to LK-3 TCS through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 15, contracting by negotiations. The anticipated contract action award date is 31 August 2017. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
