THIS ORIGINAL MARKET SURVEY WAS POSTED ON THE FAA'S CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES WEBSITE (FAACO.FAA.GOV). IF YOU ARE VIEWING THIS FROM ANOTHER SOURCE, THE INFORMATION MAY NOT CONTAIN ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION. SOURCES SOUGHT - MARKET SURVEY CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT FOR Administrative Service at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Oklahoma City, OK. The Market Survey is to identify potential contractors certified under the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program to provide Administrative Services. FAA anticipates that any resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery contract with a combination of Firm-Fixed Priced, Cost Reimbursement, and Labor-Hour line items. Responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking nor accepting unsolicited proposals. The requirement will be for the provision of capable, skilled administrative services in support of the missions of the various organizations located at the FAA MMAC. The services required include the provision of various administrative services such as: Administrative Assistants, General Clerk I, General Clerk II, General Clerk III, Receptionist, Technical Writer II, Technical Writer III, Word Processor III, and Supervisor. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 561110, Administrative Services, with a size standard of $7.5M. Interested vendors should submit the following documents to the point of contact listed at the bottom of this announcement: 1. Capability Statement - This document is limited to not more than six (6) pages and must identify: (a) the types of items/services typically provided by your firm and quantities; (b) dollar value and type of items/ services provided by your firm under previous contracts (provide dollar value, type of contract, start/completion dates, and customer/end-user information) for items which meet the contract performance requirements above; (c) number of years in business performing the services required of this announcement; (d) identify the planned approach (self-perform or teaming arrangement) and the percentage of work the prime contractor will perform under the proposed effort in terms of labor; (e) the number of years of experience the proposed team has working together on same/similar project and (f) categories of any additional subcontractors / vendors which may participate in performance of the work efforts outlined herein. 2. A copy of the vendor's SBA 8(a) Certification Letter, if applicable. All responses to this market survey must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST on April 3, 2017. All submittals should be submitted in electronic format (email) to: Harvetta Taylor, Contract Specialist, Email: harvetta.taylor@faa.gov. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendors' expense. NOTICE for informational purposes for Minority, Women-owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
