- This is the Request for Quotes for the MSA Rapid Intervention Portable Air Supply Requirement This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2M3CC7012AW02 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, DFARS change notice 20160226 and AFAC 2015-1001. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 333912 and the size standard is 1,000 Employees. MSA Rapid Intervention Portable Air Supply System (The quote shall be effective for 60 days after submission of quote) Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: TSgt Heather Consola at E-mail: heather.consola@us.af.mil no later than 12:00pm CST, 7 April 2017 - Friday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
