- This CALL is for offerors to propose in response to research sought in the technical area of HPEM Effects, Technical Area 3 under the RDH-1 BAA-RVKD-2014-0003 amendment 2. The objectives of this technical area seek to research HPEM effects on digital and analog electronic systems, and to perform effects testing on such systems, as well as build, run, and validate models from basic physics models up to the engagement and mission levels that can be used to predict the effectiveness of HPEM weapons against electronic targets. 03 April 2017: Call 0006 Amendment 1, modifies the proposal due date from 07 April 2017 to 17 April 2017.
